The Tesla Model Y spare tire storage system is an assembly of carefully engineered components now included in two of our Complete Spare Tire Kit Options. The components of the storage system are designed to support and secure the spare tire kit in the sub-trunk space (out of sight) below the main cargo area. The system requires a simple DIY-style installation process outlined in printable instructions along with a thorough instruction video. The storage system is only compatible with the Modern Spare wheel and tire assembly to achieve a flush fit. Please Note- The installation requires cutting a small portion of the flooring material under the main cargo floor. This setup is not compatible with those models with the 3rd row seating option.
