Description The Snabb 2.75″ turbo charge piping kit is designed to improve throttle response and eliminate restriction to and from the intercooler. We use 2.75″ aluminum pipe and heavy duty 5mm thick silicone hose for ease of installation, durability and longevity. The aluminum and heavy duty silicone piping will far outlast the factory plastic piping on the turbo outlet side that is prone to cracking and creating boost pressure leaks potentially affecting performance. The piping is designed to support upgraded intercoolers or will bolt up to the OEM (stock) intercooler or Polestar upgraded intercooler. We’ve even included a conveniently located 1/8″ NPT bung for a water injection nozzle for those who want to add significant cooling capacity to their intercooler system, and can add additional bung(s) if needed for a dual port water injection setup. The in-house fabricated pipes have TIG welded brackets that are in easy to access locations for simplified installation. We have three finishes available for the piping; polished aluminum, black wrinkle powdercoating or high heat ceramic coating to block out additional heat. For less than the cost of 4 new hoses from Volvo you can completely upgrade your intercooler piping with larger better flowing and more durable pieces from Snabb.
